Services for support and adaptation of students entering English language programs of Czech universities without preparatory courses (or programs in the Czech language – for students with knowledge of Czech language at B2 level)

We help students to enter any university in the Czech Republic at their request. Many paid programs of different universities taught in English accept students without entrance examinations held in the classical form and offer a delay with submission of the nostrification of a school leaving certificate or diploma. That is why students get the opportunity to enter the university remotely without physical presence. In this case, we offer a wide range of services connected to student’s entrance for the university, visa issues, and later – students support throughout the first year of their studies.

The price of the program

Premium program – 1.490 EUR*

Recommended for students under 20-23 years old

1. Assistance and support for entering the university and visa issues  (prior to coming to the Czech Republic)

• Communication with the University, organization of admission to the program
• Consultation and provision of all relevant information about education in the Czech Republic, universities, fields of study, programs, conditions of admission, etc.
• Comprehensive assistance and advice in collecting a package of documents for applying for a visa at the Czech Consulate, processing and providing all the necessary certificates from our side (certificates of residence and study at the program) for the consulate
• Preparing for an interview at the consulate with a detailed analysis of possible questions of the consul and candidate’s answers
  
• Organization of the timely nostrification of the certificate / diploma (the fee for the nostrification itself is charged additionally)

2. Support and adaptation in the Czech Republic

• Meeting at the station or at the airport in Prague and transfer and accommodation in hotel/dormitory. Tickets from Prague to other cities are paid additionally
• Organization of residence during the first year of the program
• Registration at the university
• Registration in the police for foreigners if needed
• Informational walk around the city
• Connection to a mobile operator with a refilled account
• Assistance in buying a travel card for 3 months
• Opening of a bank account and processing of a bank card
• Assistance in processing/renewal of health insurance
• Registration of student’s ISIC card
• Advice on living in the Czech Republic
• 24-hour emergency support
• Guidance in organizations and departments (communication / transfer in a hospital, communication with insurance companies in case of visiting a doctor, communication and support in the police and other departments)
• Cultural program (organization of excursions around Prague and the Czech Republic, leisure activities, meetings with native speakers) – excursions in Prague and Brno are included in the price. Tickets from Prague to Brno and from Brno to Prague, other excursions and sport events are paid additionally
• Basic course of Czech language – minimum 0f 40 academic hours (organized in Prague)
• Organization of additional courses of Czech language at the request of the participant of the program (additional courses are paid additionally) or selection and registration for free courses (if there are vacancies)

*The price includes the sending of documents by registered mail, sending documents by express mail is paid additionally (70 EUR)

*The university fee for submitting an application (usually about 20 EUR) is paid additionally

• Assistance and organization of the nostrification of the diploma /school leaving certificate (fee for the nostrification itself and possible services of an interpreter and notary are paid additionally)
